Hello! My name is Shay Johnson, owner of Sunkissed Journeys. As a child I didn’t travel much (nor very far), and all family trips were by car (true roadie, here) for a family event. When I got older, I would go on small road trips (in-state or surrounding) with friends, but it wasn’t until I worked as a travel nurse when I discovered a new love and appreciation for traveling. However, as life and work took priority, I spent the last 10 years working on ways to take on life as a busy healthcare worker, while also being able to travel…and fully enjoy it!

Today, I help other busy healthcare workers balance life, work, and the true joys of traveling. Fun-filled and stress-free vacations are well deserved by all, especially the hard workers of the healthcare industry, that work tirelessly at the bedside and juggling everything else in their family life.
